Revenue Reconciliation
Columns are how far the money has travelled; rows are who it belongs to. Every figure is VAT-inclusive unless the row says net.
Invoiced and Collected by Project
Revenue & Capital
Revenue is income earned from client projects. Founder capital is investment by the founders; it is not revenue and carries no VAT or markup.

Invoice Generator
The invoice number derives from the project name: each letter maps to its telephone keypad digit.
The number is keyed to the project, six digits, with -1, -2 for each payment. One project owns one number.

Project P&L
Revenue earned per project against costs tagged to it. Untagged overhead is shown separately; tagging costs to projects in the Cost Tracker refines this view.

Forecast
Projected Cash Balance, Next Twelve Months
Outflows use committed salaries and subscriptions plus a trailing average of other spend. Inflows use receivables on their due dates, weighted pipeline on expected award dates, and reimbursable costs not yet claimed. The forecast is rebuilt from live data on every visit; nothing is maintained by hand.
Document Centre
Select a document type and the party it concerns, then generate it. Every document is filled from live data.

Probability-Weighted Pipeline Inflows
Estimated value multiplied by probability, grouped by expected award month. AED figures from the Business pipeline.
VAT
Output VAT is collected on project funding received; input VAT comes from the VAT field on costs; remittances are FTA payments in the ledger.
| Quarter | Output VAT (collected) | Input VAT (paid on costs) | Net Due | Remitted to FTA |
|---|
Output VAT is converted from USD funding at the settings rate. Input VAT only counts costs where the VAT amount has been filled in — historical costs default to zero and may be completed as records are reviewed.
Budget
Monthly spend by category
Budget pacing
Cumulative spend against the budget phased evenly across the period, with the projection at the trailing three-month pace.
Committed base
The part of each month that is spoken for before any decision is made.
Category standing
Movements against last month
Budget revisions
Seasonality by category
Current budget and estimate to complete per account. Changes save automatically and are logged under Budget revisions.
Approvals
Costs found in the bank statements but not in the cost tracker. Approving adds the cost to the tracker; dismissing discards it.
Import Bank Statements
Drop FAB or ADCB statement exports (.xls / .xlsx). Rows already processed are skipped, matches link to existing costs, and anything new lands below for approval.
The statement itself is never stored. It is read in memory, the transactions are extracted, and the file is gone when the page finishes loading — nothing is written to disk at any point.

Rates apply to all computed columns across the tool.
Funding
Net funding = funding received ÷ (1 + VAT). UAE standard is 5%.
Share of net funding passed to head office. The remainder is markup revenue ().
Costs
Costs are recorded in AED. This rate converts them for USD reporting. The dirham peg is 3.6725.
Shown on the cost report header.
Receiving Bank Accounts
A currency appears in the invoice builder only when its account details are complete. Fill in the EUR row when you have the EUR account IBAN.
Create one at resend.com. Leave empty to keep email off — invites fall back to copy-paste links.
Must be on a domain verified in Resend.
Cash position, pending approvals, overdue invoices.
Two-Factor Authentication
When required, a person without an authenticator is asked to enrol at sign-in and receives no session until it is confirmed. Nobody can switch their own off while this is set.
